Your Responsibilities

Our Role
PassiveBuy facilitates the connection between you, your PassiveBuyer, and the seller. The final purchase decision is always yours.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made directly to the seller. Any PassiveBuy service fee will be communicated to you before your order begins.
Limitation of Liability
PassiveBuy is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or legality of items purchased from third-party sellers, though we take seller verification seriously.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as PassiveBuy grows. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
